What Changed?
Designated In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Line Operations (Ops) staff must review, resolve, and update all pending ICT cases listed on the Report, within 30 calendar days of receipt.
The Report, accessed in CMIPS Home screen/Reporting/Public Folders/Case Maintenance folder, lists cases where the ICT process has been initiated. Cases are listed on the report until the ICT status is updated from In Progress to Completed or Cancelled. Cases will be dropped from the Report the month following the status change. The Social Worker (SW), Social Services Supervisor (SSS), and management are the primary IHSS Line Ops staff with a business need for the Report.
ICT Details
A detailed listing of all ICT cases (received/sent) associated with a SW during report month; displays the following information:
Summary by District Office
Total number of ICT cases received by and sent from a district office in the report month.
Summary by County
Total number of ICT cases received by and sent from a county in the report month.
Summary by State
Total number of ICT cases received/sent statewide in the report month.
