Welcome to ePolicy for the Program Compliance Division (PCD) Line Operations Support!
PCD provides support to the Appeals and State Hearings (ASH) Section and the Welfare Fraud Prevention & Investigations (WFP&I) Section line offices, the Division Chief, and the Bureau of Special Operations’ Director. PCD Line Operations is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive policies and procedures in conformance with the State and Federal rules and regulations that apply to the ASH and WFP&I sections. PCD Line Operations also reviews and develops solutions that enhance operational needs.
