What Changed?

1. Releases revised instructions for processing the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Death Match Report – Los Angeles County Only using Case Management, Information and Payrolling System (CMIPS);
   
   
2.  Changes the due date to coincide with the due date of the Death Match Notification – State Report;
   
   
3.  Eliminates the role of IHSS Line Operations (Ops) Division staff of taking any action on cases listed on the report; and
   
   
4.  Eliminates the role of IHSS District Output Clerks from handling Notices of Action and Legacy CMIPS turnaround documents.

 Note: Changes are shown highlighted in gray throughout the document. 

Designated IHSS Line Ops staff must review, resolve, and update all IHSS cases listed on the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Death Match Report – Los Angeles County Only in CMIPS within 30 calendar days of receipt.
